HSE Manager – Clarence Gardens

Lactalis Clarence Gardens is looking for a passionate, hands-on and forward thinking HSE Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Site Management Team as well as all levels of the organisation, this role is the perfect mix of hands-on WHS and office-based HSE strategy leading the function at Site Level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of site-specific Health, Safety & Environment plans in alignment with national strategy.Provide a pragmatic, hands-on approach to safety, embedding best practices into daily operations.Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure the site is not just compliant but setting industry benchmarks.Lead incident investigations and risk assessments that result in real impact. Deliver engaging, practical training and drive safety awareness at every level across sites. Monitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance, turning data into action. Key Responsibilities

About You

Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
RTWSA Return to work accreditation
Previous experience in a Senior HSE role within a manufacturing environment, preferably Dairy or Beverages.
A strong operational understanding of safety and environmental management, with a proactive, collaborative approach to building relationships across all levels.
Skilled communicator and natural influencer, able to engage, inspire, and take people on the journey.
